- Late check-out
- Until 12:00: HUF 7,000. Until 15:00: HUF 14,000, subject to availability.Please ask in advance. The two times are two separate charges, not one.
- Reception
- No on-site reception.The expected arrival time must be agreed in advance – please notify us at least 24 hours before arrival!
- Arrival after 20:00
- Free of charge, by prior arrangement.Please agree your expected arrival time with us by phone in advance.
- Extra bed
- HUF 10,000 / person / night, subject to availability.It cannot be requested or booked on the website: please contact us directly – patersiofok@hotmail.com, +36 30 476 0210. Only within the unit's permitted capacity, and only once we have confirmed availability.
Payment Conditions
- Advance payment
- 50% of the total booking priceIncluding any paid extras you book, excluding tourist tax. All prices shown are gross prices. Due by the end of the 4th working day after the booking confirmation (23:59, Budapest time). If your arrival day is no later than that day (short-notice booking), the advance payment is due within 2 hours of booking. Payable by bank transfer or SZÉP card. If the advance payment has not arrived by the deadline, the booking is not cancelled automatically: we will send you a written notice giving a further 24 hours from when it is sent; if the advance payment still does not arrive, we may cancel the booking. Short-notice bookings have no additional 24 hours: once the 2-hour deadline has passed, we may cancel the booking.

- Payable on arrival: by cash, bank card or SZÉP card
- Tourist tax
- HUF 750 / person / nightNot part of the booking price or of the advance payment; payable separately on arrival. Guests under 18 are exempt.
Cancellation Policy
- Until 23:59 on the 14th calendar day before arrival
- Free cancellationWe refund the full advance payment within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation.
- After that, or in case of a no-show
- Cancellation fee: 50% of the total booking priceThe fee is payable even if the advance payment has not been received. Amounts already paid are credited and any shortfall is payable; we do not charge the other half of the price. Example for a HUF 100,000 booking: with HUF 50,000 paid nothing more is due, with HUF 20,000 paid HUF 30,000 is due, and with nothing paid HUF 50,000 is due.
Extras
- Pets
- Very welcome. Many places will not take a pet at all — ours will, with prior arrangement.Fee: HUF 3,500 / pet / night, up to 2 pets per room or apartment. Please tell us when you book.
- Parking
- On-site parking in the courtyard: HUF 5,000 / car / night. In the enclosed Glatz car park 300 metres away: HUF 3,500 / car / night.The courtyard holds a maximum of 6 cars. A courtyard space booked together with your stay on our website is guaranteed without separate approval; its fee is part of the booking price and the advance payment.
House Rules
- Quiet hours
- 22:00 – 08:00During these hours, please refrain from loud music and noise so as not to disturb our neighbours.
- Smoking
- Permitted only on designated terraces. Strictly prohibited in apartments and common areas.
- Cleaning
- No daily housekeeping. Final cleaning is included in the price.
- Events
- Parties and loud events are strictly prohibited. The accommodation is for residential purposes only.
- Damages
- Guests are financially liable for any damage caused in the apartments.
- Upon departure
- Please lock all doors and windows and dispose of waste in the designated area.
Stay longer, pay less per night
- From 7 nights
- 5%Book seven to nine nights and we take 5% off the entire booking.
- From 10 nights
- 10%Book at least 10 nights and we take 10% off the price of your entire stay — exactly the value of one free night!
There is no on-site reception – keys are handed over in person. Please call us before arrival at +36 30 476 0210 so we can arrange the exact arrival time.
