Rooms and apartments
Our accommodation offers fifteen rooms for our guests, including seven double rooms, one two-person apartment, four four-person apartments, and three six-person apartments. Our rooms do not have kitchens, but all our apartments are equipped with their own kitchen. In our two-story building, some rooms are located on the upper floor. In our courtyard, a swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for children ensure relaxation. Additionally, we have a secure parking lot available to keep your car safe.

Our prices include: water, electricity, gas consumption, final cleaning fee, bed linen, use of swimming pools, free WIFI (lower speed for high number of guests) and parking 3,500 HUF / night / car - in a closed parking lot 300 m from the house, in the closed parking lot right next to the house, 5,000 HUF / night / car, the use of the air conditioner is justified and in case of correct use, we will ask for a surcharge for the open door and window!

There is no daily cleaning, but the final cleaning is included in the price

Pets are allowed - under 15 kg 3500 ft/night/pet, above 15 kg 4500 ft/night/pet

A tax is imposed by the city: HUF 550 per person, per night

In case of booking, you can book with a 50% deposit (by bank transfer or postal check) / change, cancellation up to 20 days before the arrival date, after that: the deposit will not be refunded for ANY reason - please note this and the apartments will be booked / rooms if they can accept this and please do not be surprised or offended if they do not get your money back in case of cancellation within 20 days - if we receive such a request, we will send you a template email in response - we are people too, we could understand a lot , but because of a lot of abuse, we have to draw the line somewhere. It takes 3 working days to send a booking, after which we will cancel the booking without notice.

Arrival from 2 pm, departure by 10 am. In case of an overnight arrival, we will hold a colleague there for a surcharge of HUF 10,000, thank you for your understanding - based on an appointment, eg long-term booking min. 6 nights, etc., we can dispense with that

A deposit for groups of more than 10 people is required on arrival - HUF 10,000 per person - which will be refunded upon departure if there is no damage - the damage will be paid according to the price list in the rooms. What is not on the list, the quote must be paid upon request.
